  • Manage Service Operations of telecom Systems; adhere to Service Procedures with focus on optimizing operational effectiveness of Systems and reducing breakdowns / downtime to minimum.
  • Focusing on generation of revenue; governing inventory of Spares to enhance storage conditions, reduce expenses and wastages.
  • Focus on effectuating modifications in products and improving product performance.
  • Have done many on-job trainings in problem approach methodology so as to find identify Root Cause Analysis in shortest time.
  • Ensure Service level objectives are achieved in continuum and measured to be
