• Oversee high uptime maintenance of the Core Telecom Network;
• Inclusive of solving problems within and outside the network.
• Render on the job training to subordinates; streamline Operation & Maintenance processes and procedures.
• Efficiently handled many emergency circumstances and provide solutions for quick recovery from emergency situations through various workaround.
• Have planned, suggested and implemented long-term corrective measures for various RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Guided the team in Traffic analysis, suggest measures to increase traffic & remove congestion in networks.
• Undertake analysis of all the Management and Controls.
